Busy Made Simple is an innovative small business, working virtually for many businesses around Australia to “create efficiencies and streamline processes”.

Virtual Assistants handle Administration tasks such as email and diary management, social media management, website updates and so much more.

Online Business Managers manage the runnings of a business, develop social media strategies, manage marketing requirements, and propose new marketing ideas.

We specialise in providing tailored solutions to assist small business owners in addressing their specific administration needs.

Kirsten, the director of Busy Made Simple, and the team work closely with small business owners to bring quality service, experience, and a heart-centred approach.

The Busy Made Simple team, clients and stakeholders come from all walks of life. Experience

You’ll work closely with Kirsten and the team to ensure you feel supported in your online role and to uphold the company values and standards. This is a work-from-home opportunity to provide our clients with high-quality administrative support.

Experience in the following systems are REQUIRED:

  • Other social media scheduling systems

Skills, Behaviours and Expectations


Experience

You MUST:

  • Have a background in marketing and/or management (OBM).
  • Be willing to quickly learn new skills
  • Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

The Team

We have a wonderful team environment. This is a place where your creativity, your a-player attitude, and your input are all valued. Everyone on the team is a rockstar and the team is passionate about representing the values of the business and always going above and beyond the basics. The Director has a strong desire for everyone on the team to feel happy, healthy and in their zone of genius.

The Director also values the growth of each employee on the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow and be of support to a business doing great things and making a difference.

The Hours

All duties will be performed virtually, from your desk at home. You will be available at least once a day Monday to Friday to work on your client’s tasks. Minimum availability of 15 hours per week is expected. Our team meetings are held on Friday mornings, which you are required to attend.  Hours do vary week to week and will naturally increase as your skillset and relationships mature.

Location

You must live in the Australian states of Victoria, New South Wales, or the Australian Capital Territory to apply.
