What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant offers business support for specific tasks you would like to outsource. They can assist with tasks such as client management, email marketing, website and system updates, document creation/editing, and social media. If a procedure can be created around the task, there is a good chance a Virtual Assistant can help you with it.

We have 2 levels of Virtual Assistant support:

Virtual Assistant – These VA’s have fantastic admin experience and are perfect for business support and ensuring your business is getting everything done.

Coordinator Virtual Assistant – Coordinators are VA’s who have been working with BMS, and/or have run their own business for the past 2 or more years. They have business knowledge which allows them to assist with coordinating your business tasks, and meeting with you regularly to help you stay organised. They are often seen as second in charge to an OBM, or a high-level Virtual Assistant.

What is an Online Business Manager?

An Online Business Manager is a virtual project manager who can look after your business from a high-level and holistic approach. They get to know your business, your services, your vision, and the impact you want to have on the world to bring organisation and structure that will allow you to step back and focus on serving your clients. They bring in the management to allow you to breathe and do what you do best.

OBM’s also manage your team, whether that be within BMS or externally (such as bookkeepers, marketing agencies, or your internal staff) to proactively organise all moving parts. They support your business from the inside out to help grow your business and organise your tasks between team members to also help you save money.

What is an Online Business Consultant?

Kirsten is a certified Online Business Consultant through The Lighthouse Business Academy. Her support ranges from business growth strategies to new system implementation.

The services Kirsten is currently offering are projects such as:
> Complementing an Online Business Audit,
> Insight, Innovation, Analysis, and Sounding board sessions,

What are the various team rates?

Virtual Assistant: $60 + GST per hour

Coordinator Virtual Assistant: $65 + GST per hour

Online Business Manager: $80 + GST per hour

Online Business Consultant: $120 + GST per hour

BMS works with various types of service-based businesses, but they all have one mission: To make a positive impact in the world around them.

Our clients mostly work in the coaching space offering services such as life coaching, business coaching, dance, birth/pregnancy support, fitness, and interior design. We don’t take on clients offering a specific service, we take on clients offering a specific approach to business.

The businesses we work with are the reason why we love what we do. It’s so important to us that we work with aligned, whole-hearted businesses because we also are out to make a positive impact on the world – and we do this through working with our clients.

The structure of the BMS team allows you to grow your business with one team that offers various levels of support. We really get to know your business from the inside out and help you grow your business depending on what you need help with.

All of the BMS team members are located in Australia. Currently, we have staff located in ACT, VIC, TAS, and NSW.

The team are all internal staff members of Busy Made Simple. We do not hire other VA businesses as contractors, nor do we hire staff overseas. 

Staff members all get paid significantly above the award rate; so we have high staff retention, and satisfaction. We aim to offer a premium service and that means we only hire premium VA’s and OBM’s to work with our valued clients.
